As a resident of Laguna Beach, Annette has a nuanced understanding of the local market, which enables her to achieve impeccable customer satisfaction with every transaction. Annette's career began in commercial real estate, where she managed Class A office, retail, and industrial portfolios for large public and private firms. She developed essential negotiating skills in representing commercial landlords in lease transactions as well as property acquisitions and dispositions. Later, Annette transitioned to representing buyers and sellers of coastal luxury homes and multi-family income properties. Her strengths include understanding the specific needs of her clients and delivering on those needs through sound strategies to build wealth in the buying and selling of primary residences and investment properties.    Annette has a passion for luxury homes and the coastal lifestyle, which led her to Laguna Beach, with its beautiful coastline, canyons, natural landscapes, wildlife, and art culture. Annette gives back to the community as an active Director of the Board of the Women's Club of Laguna Beach, and as Chair of the Community Outreach Committee for the Laguna Board of Realtors. Her hobbies and interests include animal rights and environmental causes, yoga, and all outdoor recreational activities including hiking, tennis, cycling, SUP and skiing.
