Annette's career began in commercial real estate, where she managed Class A office, retail, and industrial portfolios for large public and private firms. She developed essential negotiating skills in representing commercial landlords in lease transactions and commercial property acquisitions and dispositions. Later, Annette transitioned to representing buyers and sellers of coastal luxury homes and multi-family income properties. Her strengths include understanding the specific needs of her clients and delivering on those needs by enhancing their lifestyle and building their wealth through personal residences and repositioning investment properties via IRS Code Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. 

Annette has a passion for luxury homes and the coastal lifestyle, which led her from the Beach Cities of Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo to Laguna Beach, with its beautiful coastline, canyons, natural landscapes, wildlife, and art culture. Annette is active in professional and philanthropic organizations, including Laguna Board of Realtor's Committee Chair of Community Outreach and active Member of Grievance Committee, as well as active Director of the Board of the Women's Club of Laguna Beach. Her hobbies and interests include beach cleanup initiatives, animal shelter adoption causes, hiking, yoga cycling, and playing the piano.
